LIMIT OF LIABILITY
Warranty/ Liability - Submitting any film, slide or negative to this firm for processing, printing, or other handling constitutes and AGREEMENT by you that any damages or loss by our company, subsidiary or agents, will only entitle you to the replacement with a like amount of unexposed film and processing. The acceptance by our company, subsidiary and/or agents of the film, print, slide or negative is without other warranty or liability, and recovery for any incidental or consequential damages is excluded.
ABC Photo & Imaging strictly adheres to all copyright laws and accepts materials for reproduction only with the understanding that the customer has obtained the legal right to copy said material. We reserve the right to require a signed release from the copyright owner if deemed necessary. The customer assumes all liability for any costs, fees or judgements resulting from copyright infringement.
TYPES OF SERVICE
ABC Photo and Imaging Services, Inc. offers a choice of rush services to fit the most demanding turnaround needs. Please contact our Customer Service Department for specific instructions before sending your "RUSH SERVICE" order.
Same Day Service Orders received in the lab by 10:00 a.m. are out by 4:30 p.m. and ready for pick-up or shipping.
24 - Hour Rush Service Orders received in the lab by 10:00 a.m. are ready for pick-up or shipping the next day by 12 noon.
48-Hour Rush Service Orders received in the lab by 10:00 a.m. are ready for pick-up or shipping 48 hours after entering the lab.
REMAKE ORDERS
We continue to work for superior results on every order we process. Because of our constant monitoring remakes are infrequent. Should you ever need a remake, the remake procedure below must be followed:Return the unmarked , undamaged print in the original order box, include:
The negative,
The mask,
The glassine,
The original order bag,
Your brief instructions as to what you believe to be the reason you need a remake,
Specify your desired corrections.
Remakes must be returned within 7 days from date of receipt. Orders returned after this period will be remade using regular pricing at customer's expense. Adjustments will only be considered if the above instructions have been followed. For color, density and contrast a "Guide Print" MUST have accompanied your original order. Cropping MUST have been indicated on the Guide Print submitted with the order.
SHIPPING TO YOU
Mailing your order to ABC - IS FREE- We provide prepaid mailing envelopes and film boxed for you to send film and processed negative to our lab.
We recommend you use appropriate stiffners to protect your negatives and slides during shipment.
ABC PAYS THE SHIPPING CHARGES FOR MOST ORDERS. ABC will ship your completed order via * UPS Ground Service or Parcel Post US Mail
whenever possible.
*UPS will not deliver to a Post Office Box.

SPECIAL SHIPPING REQUESTS AND ADDITIONAL CHARGES
Express shipping via Express Mail, Fed Ex, UPS, Air Ex., etc. is available upon request and will be billed at cost plus package and handling. Charges are available upon request prior to shipment. Wedding Albums' supplies & accessories will be billed at cost plus package and handling. Charges are available upon request prior to shipment. C.O.D. is available upon request for an additional charge of $6.75 per C.O.D. order.
Terms: MAIL ORDER - Your payment must accompany all Mail Orders. We will be glad to accept Mastercard, Visa, Money Orders or Checks. To avoid delays in shipping your order, orders on which a balance is due will be shipped C.O.D. plus C.O.D. charges. In case of overpayment, credit will be issued. Any check returned by the bank for nonpayment will be charged a $25.00 service charge.
Orders from Outside the Continental 48 United States -
Orders from outside the Continental 48 United States will be accepted on MasterCard or Visa only. Shipping will be billed at cost in addition to the packaging and handling charge listed previously. A $10.00 Customs charge will be added if applicable.
Damage in Shipping- If your order is damaged when received, please notify our Customer Service department immediately. They will advise you. Do not return merchandise to ABC until you have received instructions from us. Please do not destroy the original packaging or labels.
SALES TAX
ABC Photo and Imaging is required by law to collect sales tax on all orders delivered in the State of Virginia unlesss provided with a valid sales tax exemption certificate. Film is not exempt from sales tax.
